Imagine Cup Kurdistan is the regional competition of the International Student Technology Competition Imagine Cup, which happens in a capital city each year, this year it will take place in Australia, Sydney.
This is the second year the KRG Department of IT and Microsoft have brought Imagine Cup to Kurdistan, last year the winning team “Team Hawk” from AUIS was crowned winners of the regional competition and represented the region in New York, U.S.A.
The Imagine Cup will take place over two days in Kurdistan, 15th of March will mainly be the qualifiers held in the IT Academy. 16th of March will be the live finals, which will take place in the Saad Hall. Top 3 teams will present their projects on stage in the live event.
