The second of Hawler festival is going to be exciting, it will start at 11:00am on March 12th, 2014 with an art exhibition at Medial Hall that continues for 3 days, then the National Band’s show (Slemani, Baghdad, Kirkuk, Assyrian, Basra, Turkman, Yizidi, Duhok & Afrin) will be at the Shanidar Park, afterwards Hasna Matter the singer will start singing and that will follow by Zoya she’ll entertain us for a while then the national artist will start singing.
