Currently in post-production and due for release in 2012, this Neo-Noir movie from the Kurdish producers Ahmed Jaf and Zainab Radhi, tells the story of two couples on a quest to find a hidden cache of Saddam Hussein’s millions.
Set in the Kurdistan mountains, the film – directed by Jaf himself – stars Lisa Ronaghan, Oday Rasheed, Bernard Bullen and Christine Dabaghy and is the first feature-length film ever to be made in English in the semi-autonomous region.
Watch out for its release, and follow the adventures of these intrepid adventurers as they try to unearth the mysteries of a little rumor they’ve heard…
