Saquella 1856 boasts a century-long history. Clemente Saquella was the first pioneer to start trading colonial spices of different quality and origins in Abruzzo in 1856: tea, barley and cocoa. This tradition has been handed down the three successive generations and now Saquella is one of the most established coffee-makers in Italy.
At present, the Company is managed by Enrico, Luigi, Ilaria and… Bianca Saquella, who deeply knows the products and the market.In 1970 Saquella has started its internationalization process. Once consolidated their position on the Italian market, it started to enter the International market.
Today it has a trade network encompassing more than 40 Countries in the world.
Saquella’s brand tradition is espresso in the modern sense of merging the espresso culture with the surroundings in a modern and glamourous coffee shop chain.
